1. How to Use the EPG TV Guide

Heat Live offers two styles of EPG TV Guide:

• Normal EPG – great for browsing channels and categories.
• Classic EPG – perfect for viewing the full timeline of programs.

Before Using the EPG:
Check that your VSeeBox Date, Time, and Timezone are set correctly.
(Settings → Device Preferences → Date & Time → Toggle "Automatic date & time" OFF and ON.)

Access Normal EPG:

• Open the Heat Live app and press “OK” on your remote on the Live TV screen.
• Navigate categories like National, Local, Sports, Canadian, Latino, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and PPV.
• Press "Right" on a channel to view detailed program info and upcoming events.

Access Classic EPG:

• Simply press the "EPG" button on your remote.
• Navigate through programs with a timeline view, and easily find sports schedules.
